You’re tired of seeing pictures of yourself and immediately zooming in on what you don’t like. You’re tired of feeling held back in your life because of your body. You’re tired of always worrying about people judging the way you look.
You know there must be another way.
You’d do anything to feel that vivacious confidence NOW.

You want to end the fight with your body, but you just don’t know how.

I get it, because I've been in your shoes. I went from being a girl who could barely look at herself in the mirror to a woman who handles her body’s changes with grace, unconditional love, and unwavering confidence.
And this way of feeling in my skin? I didn’t get here by hitting a certain number on a scale, working out like a crazy person to “tone up” or miraculously flattening my stomach.
I got here through a total shift in mindset and learning what it actually looks and feels like to treat my body with the love and respect she has always deserved.
I realized what was true for me all along (and the same is true for YOU!): the only thing standing in between me and the confidence I always wanted to feel was MYSELF. Not those extra pounds.
Here's a bit more about my story.
I bet you can relate:

When I was younger, I was often praised for having a “good body”. To a high schooler, I internalized this as “my body brings me love and attention”.
So when puberty inevitably hit, and my body naturally started to change (hello thighs! hello boobs!), I got really freaked out.
What if my body wasn’t special anymore? What if I lost the admiration and recognition I’ve always received because of my body? What if I’m not loved?
So what’s a girl to do when she wants to get her skinny little body back because she thinks it’s what makes her worthy?
She DIETS. She starts to control food. She runs and runs and runs to burn calories.
She does anything she can to try to FIX her body and manipulate it to the ideal version of where she thinks it should be.
And the worst part of it all was that while I was busy trying to fix my body, I started to lose myself. I started to lose my confidence. I started to lose my sense of fun and my youthful carefree nature.
Instead, I became rigid. Controlling. Serious. And very insecure.
This concoction of events led to a decade long struggle with food and my body.
It led to my weight yo-yoing all over the place and gaining forty pounds. It led to feeling completely disconnected from the neck down and feeling so gross in my own skin, all the time. It led to feeling embarrassed of my body whenever I was with a man, and ashamed of my inability to control my weight. It led to a lack of self-esteem and self-worth, convinced I wouldn’t be found attractive.
It was an all-consuming, defeating place to be in.
Slowly, I started working on my relationship with food - ditching diets and forming an intuitive relationship with food. As I did that, I also started challenging some of the ingrained beliefs I had about myself and my body.
I realized the power of my thoughts and woke up to the idea that the way I saw myself was actually creating the exact reality I did not want. I started playing around with new beliefs about what was possible for me, in the exact body I was in.
I started letting myself have way more fun, wear clothes I wanted to wear, put on bright red lipstick with a little black dress and enjoy being a damn woman, go to happy hour even though I knew I’d be consuming “empty calories” in beer, and believe that I, too, deserved to live a vibrant, passionate, feminine and fun life.
Slowly, my weight stabilized, the yo-yo dieting came to an end, and I stopped believing that my body was ever actually getting in my way.
Today, the relationship I have with my body is founded in deep respect and unconditional love. I no longer try to control her size, because I know that the size she is will always continue to fluctuate, and my self-worth is no longer tied to it. I have an actual close bond with her; I listen to what she needs and I do my best to honor that, daily.
And life feels a heck of a lot easier, more fun, and lighter without the constant fight with my body. It’s opened up my brain to be able to focus on the 1,000 other things that are important in my life.
