✨Your excitement is always guiding you.✨ Who ✨Your excitement is always guiding you.✨ Who are the clients you WOULD BE or ARE **most excited** to work with? What is she like? What are the kinds of conversations you’re having that really inspire you and light you up? When you chat with prospective clients, who are the ones you find yourself **most excited** to think about the possibility of working with? Your excitement is your intuition speaking to you. ‘Ideal client’ work can feel complicated sometimes, but this simple way of thinking about it always helps. Come tell me…who are you MOST EXCITED to work with?
I once heard that it takes on average 6 months for I once heard that it takes on average 6 months for someone to “follow” your work before feeling ready to work with you 1:1. When I first started my business, I offered several EASY ways for people to get a feel for my work and my expertise before I really started working with people in long-term private coaching containers. It did take about 6-9 months before I was signing bigger client contracts (I was offering smaller ones and other ways to work with me before that). Because it takes TIME. It takes building trust. It takes really showing people what you offer, what you’re great at, and how you can help them. This week as I have lots of consultations with prospective new clients, I find it so interesting that almost every one of them has been in my community for at least 2 years — some 8 or 9 years! And they’re just now ready + reaching out for 1:1 support. So for my coaches out there who are trying to have more 1:1 clients in your long-term containers: ✨Don’t give up!! You’ve got this 💪🏻 ✨Keep creating value for your community ✨Give them EASY ways to access you, get to know you, and experience your expertise ✨Keep doing your thing and trust that the people in your community today — even if they’re not quite ready yet — are the same people who will be ready to work with you down the road 💕💕💕 Love, Jamie
