Life is just a little crazy during these years.

Finding the “one”. Or enjoying being single. Potentially getting married. Navigating all that a partnership brings – the ups, the downs, the massive lessons and learnings that come with an intimate relationship.

Building a family.

Becoming a mother. Or longing to become a mother. Or deciding not to have kids. Figuring out what kind of mom you want to be. Trying not to ‘lose yourself’ as a mom. Figuring out how to balance ‘it all’ as all the pieces of you pull you in different directions.

Work.

Navigating work through all of these seasons. Do you love what you do? How much do you want to be working while growing a family? Finding meaningful work that lights you up. Letting your work evolve as you and your life evolves.

Friends.

Making friends as an adult - gah! Or nurturing your friendships that are changing so much as everyone goes in different directions. Craving the most supportive web of friends you can rely on through anything.

Your body + health

A body that is aging. A body that maybe birthed and fed children. A body that is different now. A body you somehow want to find the time to nourish in beautiful ways, even when life feels so full and ever changing.

The pressure to ‘put down roots’. Considering if you like where you live. Asking yourself the big life questions. Grappling with if you’re living in a way that you really want to be living.

I could go on and on here...these years hold so much, right?

And in the thick of it, it’s easy to forget about the person at the center of it all:

A bit more about me + why I created the bloom community

I am someone who is constantly thinking about how to live the best life possible. It's just... how I am. I'm always looking at my current situation and saying,

how can I be my absolute happiest in this phase of my life?

I'm always trying things out. New routines, new ways of being and thinking, always pushing the limits on life and how I know it, in order to try to bloom wherever I am planted.

And the truth?

It's not always easy!

Life is beautiful and hard and messy and challenging and wonderful, all at once.

And... it's always always changing.

Which means that the infrastructure within which I know how to bloom is always changing.

In the past couple of years, almost every area of my life went through a major change.

  • I had a baby
  • We moved across the country and then back again to totally new places
  • We had to make new friends and create new communities
  • We built a house and moved into a new home
  • I went on maternity leave from my business and then focused on re-establishing it

And with so much transition and change, I've been so focused on this central question:

  • What do I need in order to bloom in this current phase of life?
  • What do we, as women, need in order to fully bloom wherever we're at?

With so much transition & change, we need to stay in constant relationship with ourselves to keep re-learning what allows us to bloom & thrive, no matter where we're at. But we must slow down enough to ask ourselves the vital questions.

(and what allows us to bloom is always changing!)

That's why I created BLOOM.

  • So that we do slow down enough to ask ourselves the real questions that impact our lives
  • So that we have a space to do it all together
  • So that we can get real about all the facets of our busy lives and how we can continue to bloom, more and more, as life evolves

Here’s How It Works

It’s simple, because we don’t need lots of ‘frills’ these days. We need real, simple, meaningful impact.

WEEKLY BLOOM CALLS

Every week, we will have our weekly Bloom call. It will be 60-75 minutes and will either be a teaching call, a coaching call, or a hybrid. 

THE TEACHING CALLS

During the teaching calls, I’ll bring a topic to the table – an element of blooming – and teach on it. We’ll workshop around that topic. You'll bring a notebook, and we'll explore that topic within your own life, together.

THE COACHING CALLS

During the coaching calls, it’s all about you. You can ask any questions about what's going on in your life, and I'll coach you and help you move to the other side of whatever is up for you. We'll work through things, together.

A REST WEEK, EVERY MONTH

Rest is a vital ingredient for blooming, and most of us don't rest nearly enough. For that reason, I've build in rest to this program. The last week of every single month is for rest and implementation, and there will be no coaching call.

A COMMUNITY SPACE

Our community will be held on Mighty Networks, and it will be a beautiful, curated, cozy place for you to come for all things BLOOM. Talk to your friends, ask for support, share any news, access all course materials.

MONTHLY ADD-INS

As I move through my own life and feel inspired by what comes up in our community, I'll drop in extra little audio lessons (think podcast-style) on specific topics, journaling prompts, recipes, and doses of learning and inspiration. Expect surprises 🙂

What You'll Receive From Doing This Program...

  • You’ll turn attention toward what helps your flower petals turn toward the sun. In other words, what you need to feel nourished enough to bloom as a woman in this phase of your life.

  • You’ll learn what you (specifically, you!) need physically, emotionally, mentally, and practically in your life to feel GOOD. You’ll learn how to start making space for and implementing little changes that lead to more and more thriving.

  • You’ll have space to air out all the blocks. All the things weighing you down. All the places you feel stuck. All the hard stuff. Just like we need to pull out the weeds in a garden, we also need to look at all the “stuff” getting in our way in order to truly bloom.

  • You’ll have so much more trust in YOU and your wisdom - infusing who YOU are into every aspect of your 1:1 practice - from how you run sales calls to how you guide your clients during a session.

FAQs

Why is there a 3 month minimum?

3 months gives you time to really sink your teeth into Bloom and get a feel for it and how it's impacting your life. If, after that, it's not for you, cancel anytime. But, as your coach in Bloom, I do think it's important to give yourself a chance to benefit from the community over 3 months before deciding.

Is this an ongoing membership?

I am guaranteeing that I will run it for 6 months, and then we'll see after that! If we are all loving it, my goal is to continue running it every month. But for now, I am promising 6 months at least so you can rest easy knowing it will be here for you for 6 months. 

What if I can't make the call every week?

That's ok! I know everyone is busy, and the expectation isn't that you attend our call every week. Life happens! All calls will be recorded for you to watch whenever you can. For our coaching calls, if you can't make a call but have a question you'd like support around, there will be a place for you to write in your question and I will answer it on the call. 

What time are our weekly calls?

We are going to wait and see the group that comes together and then find a call time that works for everyone. Depending on the group, we may have two different call times that we alternate between to accommodate as many people as possible. Because the weekly calls are the real "guts" of the program, I want to make sure they work for as many people as we can.

How long are the weekly bloom calls?

I am going to aim for 60 minutes or less for the teaching calls, to keep it efficient for everyone's schedules. However, for the coaching calls, I will hold space for up to 75 minutes to make sure I am providing as much coaching and support as possible for members. I want to be sure you get your questions answered and that you have time to be coached without feeling rushed!

I want you to know that I intimately know what it’s like to be in your shoes. To have this pull from deep within you to have your own business and do this kind of work. And I know how badly you want your business to thrive. I can feel you dreaming about it all the time.

And I also know that you doubt yourself often. That you know your business could be doing even better. That you know there is a more confident badass version of you waiting for you to step into her.

I can already feel time slipping through my fingers as you grow so fast, and the ache in my heart of knowing this is just how it’s going to continue to be — there’s no way to slow it down

Things I learned about travel as a mom and what he Things I learned about travel as a mom and what helps me bloom in this area of life…

🌸 the way we figure out what works for us, is all about trial and error

🌸travel is a major value of mine and I want to figure out a way to have it feel so good even when leaving my kid behind

🌸as soon as I was on the plane, it felt easier // physically disconnecting and not always being in the same space as my kid is good for the soul

🌸next time, I would only go where I could be close to an airport in case anything happens at home (which in this case it did, and I was panicking being 4+ hours away from an airport)

🌸at this point, 3 nights away from charlie feels very doable // anything more and my nerves kick in // I pushed myself a little too much on this trip

🌸Ryan and I both really crave the feeling of just having fun and getting to “play” when we’re together // the way to allow us to get into that state is to set ourselves up with a trip that feels easy // this trip felt a little too hard and didn’t quite allow us to feel that as much as we wanted

🌸above all else, listening to my gut is the most important lesson and one that was solidified even more on this trip // regardless of what anyone else is doing, you know yourself, you know your kids, you know what you and they need 💕 what would happen if you really listened to that feeling?
