However, deciding what to eat can feel SO confusing. One day you read an article telling you to eat one thing, and the next day you read an article saying the opposite.

What I’ve found to be true in my years of studying nutrition and working with clients all over the world, is that our bodies are all different.

We all have different genetics, lifestyles, backgrounds, stressors, and preferences.

What you really need to learn is what makes YOUR body thrive, at this current time in your life.

  • What foods give you energy?
  • What foods aggravate your system?
  • What foods help you feel grounded?
  • What foods impact your mood?
  • What foods help calm and heal your health conditions?
  • What foods make things worse?

I’m here to help you answer these very questions.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO KEEP FIGURING IT ALL OUT ALONE

In my Nutrition Counseling sessions, I get to know your unique situation. Your health history and your past. All of the ups and downs you’ve been through (that you’d like to share). And of course, where you’re at today and what you’re currently struggling with or wanting to improve upon.

I’m here to help you nourish your unique body in a way that feels simple, realistic, and tailored to you.

How the Nutrition Counseling Sessions Work

Step One: INTAKE FORMS

I send you Intake Forms so that I can get a better sense for what you’re going through. You send these back to me at least 24 hours before our Health Intensive Session.

Step Two: THE HEALTH INTENSIVE SESSION

We meet virtually for our 75-minute Health Intensive where I gather even more information and give you preliminary diet and lifestyle recommendations to get you started on your way.

Step Three: RECOMMENDATIONS + ACTION PLAN

After our Health Intensive session, I get to work on creating your unique recommendations and action plan. Within a week, I present you with all of the following, and go over everything with you so you’re all set up:

  • My tailored-to-you Full Recommendations Outline, including Dietary Recommendations, Foods to Add, Foods to Consider Reducing, Herbal and Supplement Recommendations, and Lifestyle Shifts to support you.
  • A 5-day Therapeutic Meal Plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, and beverage suggestions. The meal plan will highlight specific foods, herbs, and nutrients that provide support for you to manage your condition or optimize your health. This meal plan is completely made for YOU and will reflect your specific health goals, food preferences and lifestyle needs.
  • At least one Educational Handout tailored to your specific recommendations. For instance, if I suggest more omega-3 fats for you, I’ll give you a handout I’ve made all about omega-3 fats – what the heck they even are, why they matter for your specific needs, food sources of omega-3 fats, how to easily incorporate them, etc.
  • 3-5 Recipes, tailored to you, that I think would be powerful for you to try.

Step Four: SUPPORT + OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS

In the Nutrition Counseling Package, you receive the 75-minute Health Intensive, all of the deliverables listed above, and two weeks of Email Support with me.

If you’d like continued support while implementing changes, you can sign up for the Premium Nutrition Counseling Package which includes everything above, plus two additional 50-minute Follow-Up calls that you can use within three months of your first session. During the Follow-Up sessions, we go over how you’re doing and you’ll receive even more recommendations. The Premium package also includes Email Access to me the entire time.

I wanted to do everything I could to put my body in the best position to be able to conceive.
